We are very pleased to announce the addition of a new “Auto Title Loan” affiliate partner to the BadCredit-DebtConsolidation.ca website by the name of BHM Financial

While we have not personally used their services, from what we can tell, this is a financial firm that by all accounts, appears to be able to offer unparalleled flexibility as well as extremely fast, courteous and respectful service.

BHM Financial is what is known as a direct lender. Because of this, they are not constrained by various regulatory requirements that cause most banks to hesitate to provide loans to those with less than stellar credit histories. They are able to give most people who own an automobile or truck a loan, because their financing methods are influenced by the value of the owned vehicle, and not by the customer’s past credit history.

In case you’re wondering, the customer gets to use the vehicle throughout the duration of the loan. BHM Financial’s auto title loan allows consumers in most areas of Canada to get a confidential loan quickly and easily. Clients looking for bad credit car title loans in Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), Manitoba (MB), New Brunswick (NB), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), Nova Scotia (NS), Ontario (ON), Prince Edward Island (PEI) and Saskatchewan (SK) need only to visit the website and get started with an online loan application.

The loan application process is simple, with applicants filling out an easy and quick online loan application form and then providing BHM Financial with the following documentation:

Proof of vehicle insurance

Proof of ownership of vehicle (car registration, or car title)

A voided check

Photos of exterior and interior of the vehicle. **pictures sent via email only.

Clear photo of the vehicle’s odometer. **pictures sent via email only.

Three personal references

People needing their loan quickly can often get approval within a few hours.

According to their website: Over 99% of individuals who meet the following criteria will be approved for financing:

In our discussions with people in financial trouble, we’ve found that no decent hard working person wants to declare bankruptcy. For most, it’s a sign of failure, and deeply, deeply distressing. In fact, it’s not uncommon for those facing bankruptcy, to feel extremely severe emotional distress, which can impact on their health, family affairs and of course, may even make the handling of their current financial difficulties that much harder.

Although bankrupts have to declare themselves insolvent through the public court system, they typically go to great lengths to keep the whole affair as quiet as possible, letting as few people know as possible. Such is the shame and embarrassment associated with going bankrupt. Grown men have even been known to cry and sob while speaking with a bankruptcy trustee.

But is the process really so bad? Does it really have to be so emotionally charged?

To be sure, bankruptcy is an absolute last resort, and it shouldn’t be easy. Plenty of crooks and charlatans would take advantage of the system if it were. Going through it is definitely unpleasant and absolutely requires a change in financial direction and a change in attitude about money. But if your situation is financially hopeless, then going through bankruptcy will ultimately lead to a brighter day ahead. A chance to put things in much better order and emerge with a new financial life.

We are not qualified to recommend any particular financial course of action, but in our opinion, if you’ve done absolutely all that you can, to the best of your ability, to prevent yourself from going bankrupt, but you still find it impossible to make ends meet - then it’s time to meet with a trustee. It’s time to grit your teeth and face your fears. Of course, you will imagine bankruptcy to be the worst possible scenario, but once you commit, you will discover that it is a process just like many other things, and you can and will get through it. Know that you will likely emerge from it with a much better mindset and be a far better companion to those that matter to you. Not to mention a clean financial slate on which to begin a new financial life.

If you are in a hopeless financial situation, then find a trustee that you respect and trust, someone that shows an understanding and a bit of compassion for your situation (you should interview a few trustees before deciding on one), and begin the process.

There is life after bankruptcy, and you can emerge from it with a much more enjoyable life.
